KATHY UPDATE

We want to let you know that our Community Life Coordinator and honorary Jedi, Kathy Price, has had a hard go of things lately and will be out for awhile. She is at home taking a much needed physical and mental health break. We ask that you give her the time and space she needs to heal. Messages and love notes can be brought to Amanda to pass along.

BIPOC DINNER NIGHT - November 3rd - PLEASE RSVP ASAP

The DEI committee is hosting a BIPOC Dinner Night on November 3rd from 6pm-8pm at the Cottonwood School to build community among BIPOC families and students. It would be helpful if you could RSVP with any food allergies or restrictions you may have so we can provide food options for everyone. If you have questions, please email saderivers@thecottonwoodschool.org.

Please RSVP here: BIPOC Dinner Night RSVP

Reminder: we do not celebrate Halloween at school by wearing costumes.  Please limit the amount of candy your child brings to school after Halloween.

Within two weeks of your child’s photo day, you will be e-mailed the link to a proofing gallery. There will be 2-5 images of each child. Images will be in both color and black and white. I do not choose which photos you print; you do. You will be able to order prints, canvas wraps, and digital files directly from the viewing gallery. The ordering process is simple and secure. The gallery will be live for seven (7) days. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN THAT SEVEN DAY PERIOD. Once orders are placed, prints will be delivered wit

We have so much gratitude this week for our community! Thank you to those who volunteered at The Arts Park Run, chaperoned class fieldtrips and brought the delicious and wonderful spread of food and drinks for our teachers during conference.  A great big thank you to all of you!

CHANGES ARE COMING TO THE Old Spaghetti Factory PARKING LOT!!!

They are installing gates to the parking lot. As of November 8, there will be one entrance and one exit with a fee to park.

If anyone chooses to park in the lot that is not a dining guest or holder of a monthly pass, they will be charged an hourly or daily fee. It is our understanding that the hourly fee will be $5.00 and the daily fee will be $30.00.

We are continuing to research where our families are going to be able to park in the future, if you have any leads please share them with us!  We have some ideas we will be sharing with you soon.

This week we had one reported COVID-19 cases
at Cottonwood, week ending 10/28.
