Welcome back, Mill Hill families!  And a great big welcome to the new families!  We’re off to a great start!
First of all, thank you to our wonderful Hospitality Co-Chairs, Courtney Yanni and Kristin Nierman, who put together a fabulous lunch to welcome the teachers back and also supplied us with a great breakfast at the Welcome Back Coffee the very next day.  (And also thank you to Erica Asaro, Amanda Bonneau, Robin Charron, Suzanne Danylko, Michelle DeMartino, Marnie Frey, Stephanie Gervasi, Kimberly Grant, Vanessa Greene, Molli Hourihan (yummy salads from B. Good!), Tiffany Mahoney, Wendi Malone, Shannon Messina, Beth Paul, Jenn Sherriff, Lauren Shortt, Matt Storch (special shout out for the delicious donuts as big as our heads from Nom-eez!), Danielle Stupak, Robyn Tompkins, Lizzy Wade, Carmen Weber, and Monica Zwynenburg for contributing.)
It was great to see so many old and new friends at the Welcome Back Coffee, and so much enthusiasm, and all the volunteers who make all the great programs and services happen.  If you weren’t able to join us, but would like to get involved, please do not hesitate to get in touch!  We will be glad to help you find a volunteer activity that works for you. Just e-mail us at

See you at school!

NEW PICK-UP PROCEDURES: Parents who are picking up students at the end of the school day are now required to wait outside the gate until a faculty member opens it at 3:25.  As always, cars need to be parked in marked spots when on school property.  Parking along side of the "kiss and drop" driveway is not safe for kids and causes traffic issues.

DROP OFF REMINDERS: When using the kiss and drop area to drop your child at school in the morning, please have your child exit the right side of your car. We understand that unexpected things happen, but to the best of everyone's ability, please remain in your car and exit the driveway as soon as your child is a safe distance from your car. If you know your child needs assistance, please park your car in a marked spot, or along Mill Hill Road, and escort your child to the school entrance. Occasionally the line of cars at kiss and drop can extend out onto Mill Hill Terrance, blocking traffic for our neighbors and causing children to be late.

Thank you for your cooperation!
