With all that is currently going on in our world, I've been thinking about how the next generation will lead. What will they do in the business realm? The larger social realm? It's up to us to be and build the leaders for our collective future. We must expose those we lead (including family, work and community) to the experiences that will help them become the type of inclusive leaders who will shape the future to create maximum results for everyone. In order to truly leave a leadership legacy, I believe you must embrace the philosophy that you're not a leader until you produce a leader who can produce a leader. To expand your leadership legacy and learn how our client Boom Lab is already doing just that, check out this month's articles below.

Leaving a Leadership Legacy
If you own a business or are on the leadership team of a business, you’re tasked with strategically defining what the future of your business will look like. Who will lead it into the future as you and your leadership team think of future transitions? How will you grow? What are you missing in terms of innovation, talent, information, processes and systems that would allow you to grow profitably and scale efficiently?

The answer to these questions begins with developing others and eventually putting yourself out of a job. The best quote I’ve ever heard describing this is “You’re not a leader until you can produce a leader who produces a leader.” Until you are able to do this, you will not have freed yourself from your business enough to take it in new directions, move on to your next thing, scale, retire or sell. Make your company more successful by developing two "generations" of leaders beyond yourself. Read more
Boom Lab: Building Leaders
for a Fluid Tomorrow
As a division of ThreeBridge Solutions, Boom Lab “builds and supports the careers of high-performing consulting professionals while providing project delivery and SAP solutions to Fortune 500 and 100 clients,” shares Managing Partner Charlie Anderson. In a world that is changing rapidly, Boom Lab is building the next generation of leaders. By making junior talent available for smaller consulting projects, Charlie and the Boom Lab team have built a completely unique offering for their clients.

The recent graduates benefit as well; they are given the “training and tools needed to cultivate successful, long-term consulting careers,” and in this case, long-term means fluid. Fluidity and adaptability are key parts of Boom Lab’s approach; they are preparing leaders for a changing tomorrow by providing a breadth of experience and redefining what a career looks like in today’s market.
