Dear <<First Name>>,
Here is what you need to know about news in United Methodist churches around the state, plus the continuing South Carolina United Methodist Flood Relief.

The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) has put out an URGENT call for cleaning buckets.

"Recent flooding, fires and storms in numerous conferences in the U.S. has nearly depleted our network supply of clean-up kits (aka cleaning buckets)." said Catherine Earl of UMCOR "Your help is desperately needed to help replenish the supply."

The conference will be collecting cleaning buckets until September 24th.
We ask that churches begin to build/collect cleaning buckets, we will announce shortly where and how to drop them off so they can be delivered to Louisiana Flood victims.

A complete list of items for the cleaning buckets can be downloaded here.

Please check with your District Disaster Coordinators for questions on the buckets.
