Thanksgiving is over and I still feel like a stuffed turkey. Was out guiding this past week with Shane's help. He did better than I did.  I might go out today, can't pass up this nice weather. I did see one redd on the Manatawny the other day. That's a good sign. I got a report of fish up in the tribs of Penns. He had concerns that he did not see many big fish. My response was "life finds away".

I have stopped posting stream reports on the website. If there is anything to report, it will be here in the newsletter. We only have a few spots open on our spring trips to central PA, That's a good and bad thing. Call if you are interested in booking (610.987.0073).

I am really looking forward to the Fly Fishing Show in Edison this coming January. See friends that I have not seen since BC (before Covid). It will be good to see all the people without masks. Life is getting back to normal except for getting services and products. We purchase a new propane stove for the living room on October 17th, it's in stock, can't be install until December 27th. WOW!  Maybe I should ask them for a part time job.

Remember to shop at your local fly shop, get someone a gift card, buy a rod, maybe a nice shirt for the non-fisherman.

Fishing has been pretty good. It seems to pick up slowly and peak at around 3-4 o'clock. That is winter fishing. Yes, it's winter. Go small, BWO nymphs and Zebra Midges. They were also eating the anchor fly, a size 14 brown jig fly.

We still have one spot open for the getaway.

Come and learn from our experience. Dry Flies, Weflies, Streamers, and Nymphs.
