Odds and Ends
Just about 7 months into the upheaval that COVID brought, on top of the sociopolitical and economic situations, means all of us are showing signs of or deep into mental and emotional pain from worry and isolation. Especially now, work on being gentle with yourself. It was a grind even when things were better. Now that things are this rough remind yourselves that your anger, sadness, worry, and fear are all appropriate reactions to your environment. And work on not feeling guilty if you're able to find joy within this wreckage.
