Time to Vote!

Unity Council Elections

Greetings Family,

Saturday, September 13, 2014, will be the last day to vote for new members to the Unity Council. Voting will end @ 6:00pm. We will be electing four (4) new persons to the Council and replacing four (4) Council Members who will have completed their three years of service to our community.  All members of the Community 16 years of age and older, who live in Metro Atlanta and who have endorsed the Functional Unity Process are eligible to vote. It's not too late to become eligible. Visit our website: www.unity4power.org and endorse and register by completing the flip chart presentation. Your vote is extremely important. Atlanta is perhaps the only city in North America where members of the African (Black) Community participate in a community-wide process to elect representative leadership to guide our unity system (process) and help promote and protect our vital interest. - Your participation strengthens this effort. Your vote is a clear act of "Self-Determination". Unity, Self-Determination and Love for our People,
These are the candidates for this year:

MASAI EHOS
JUMOKE IFETAYO
KWEKU LUMUMBA

Advice from our Ancestor:
"Babylon is everywhere. You have wrong and you have right. Wrong is what we call Babylon, wrong things. That is what Babylon is to me. I could have born in England, I could have born in America, it make no difference where me born, because there is Babylon everywhere... Bob Marley
