Join The Rome Group's Ellen Howe and Robin Kraujalis for a working lunch and presentation on innovative strategies nonprofits may use to fund capital projects. 

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership is hosting this seminar in partnership with Spencer Fane, Stern Brothers & Co. and The Rome Group to discuss various alternatives to achieve this objective.

Options to be discussed include the use of tax-exempt bond/loans (which can reduce debt service payments by as much as 30%), undertaking a capital campaign in conjunction with a bond issue, and the possible availability of New Market Tax Credits/ Learn how these strategies can work together to provide a cohesive solution.
