Gedling Policy Forum - next Tuesday

From our Gedling Conservative friends: "the Gedling Conservative Policy Forum has truly come a long way since it’s re-launching last year. Our members have continued to deliver profound and very insightful contributions to the national discussion.

We would like to invite you to our next event where you will have the chance to officially contribute to the discussion and implementation of national policy; our next CPF meeting is at 6pm on  Tuesday 16th of July, where we will be discussing Government Policy on the ‘Post-Brexit’ Economy. The Venue is Willowbrook Pub, 13 Main Rd, Gedling, Nottingham NG4 3HQ".
Joining In - a City shout out!

At our Nottingham Federation Executive Council meeting this week it was formally approved that our long standing Park & Radford Branch in the heart of the city would change its name from now onwards to be officially the Castle Branch.
As you'll know this was partly to take into account the recent boundary changes which resulted in the Radford area leaving the Park and most of the central city area joining us instead. As well as The Park we now have party members and supporters from all of the streets around the Castle plus most of our city centre apartment blocks and then as far west and south as the canal area, Castle Boulevard and Castle Marina.
If you have friends or supporters in this extended area then let them know about our name change and encourage people to get in touch and join in. Of course any of our Radford friends remain welcome as well because Castle is the only active branch covering this part of town.
Also remember that we maintain a mailing list of supporters that are not members and they can receive these newsletters so they know that we are here. To join the Castle Branch just get in touch, if you are new to us let us have an email address and we'll do the rest.
Whilst Castle Branch may not be as legendary as Robin our regular lunch clubs and evening get togethers are! Contact the chairman Nick Max on
Do we get heard in this city?

Not always is what we say but one of the best ways to make our Conservative voice heard and make a difference is to use Social Media, such as Facebook and Twitter, so please look us up and get in touch via our main pages here:
Plus as most of us will not have a Conservative Councillor looking after our wards please get in touch with us centrally as we are developing a team of "shadow councillors" who will listen to you and take action via the City Council on your behalf - so tell us!

Finally, we need help...
We have good city centre offices that benefit us all and we need help to keep them going and make them better... so can you help?
Our immediate need is for bodies here at King Edward Court to help us with a clear out, fill up our shredding machine or just come and make the coffee!

Please email us or get in touch with Nick Max on 07973 611477.
