Pint & Politics - 7pm on Tuesday 30th

Following some positive feedback (and no other suggestions so far) for our month end Pint & Politics we're back in the private room at the Laguna Restaurant on Mount Street in the City Centre. As previously mentioned just because it's an Indian restaurant you don't need to eat Indian food and whilst it's not a pub there are definitely pints available!
Some of you will know that Tony at the Laguna is a long standing Party supporter and our meet up is in a private ground floor room opposite the Mount Street NCP and it's access-friendly; if you want to eat but want  your "English" favourite guaranteed let us know and we'll sort it.
It's the same format so politics and pints will both be available albeit the latter will be served to your table and everyone can have their own tab on the night.
Expect a lively debate, please bring a suggestion if you feel that you would like a particular topic raised plus expect us to bring the raffle kit too. Any queries email or give us a call.
Joining In - Branch Events

We know that some of our Branches are active locally and so we get invites to lunches and BBQ events etc outside of the city centre but can I ask that any event that you are thinking about be also published on here so that more members, friends, and those supporters who are not involved in a local branch can join in too.
To help in planning this Holly at King Edward Court is now maintaining a digital office diary that your events can be listed on, also by telling us we can make sure that you are aware of any diary clashes with other events in the area.
The idea is that more people can get involved and people both have more options but also that hopefully our events are not poorly attended because of a clash that no one new about. In addition we know that some members also belong to other social groups who have their own events so anyone about to "tread the boards" with a dramatic society or something similar let us know so we can check the calendar and get it onto this newsletter!
Just email Holly at the office and we'll coordinate things with you before going to print.

Is Our Voice Heard?

Yet another reminder that one of the best ways to make our Conservative voice heard and make a difference is to use Social Media, such as Facebook and Twitter, so please...
Look us up online and get in touch via our main pages here:
And as always if you have any suggestions or ideas then please let us know!
Finally, think about...

We have good city centre offices that benefit us all but we need a little help to keep them going and make them better... so can you help?
To maintain the offices we need some spare hands for a tidy up; we're thinking about organising a Saturday get together and ideally with access to a large hatchback or small van. In the week we need help feeding our shredder or just keeping that brew going!

Please email us or get in touch with Nick Max on 07973 611477.
