Scathing Human Rights Watch report is a conviction of Israeli government's discriminatory land policies
In its report published today, Human Rights Watch analyzes the impact of discriminatory planning policies in Palestinian localities on the Palestinian community, which have been one of the primary causes for stagnation in the community.
The report explores localities such as Jisr al-Zarqa, the site of the Mossawa Center's flagship advocacy project, making use of materials from various organizations and local authorities. Information gathered by the Mossawa Center was used to analyze the socioeconomic impact of the government’s policies on the town of Jisr al-Zarqa.
We call upon the Israeli government to adopt the report's findings and end its discriminatory policies aimed at suffocating Palestinian localities.
