During this holiday season, Stratosphere Quality would like to thank you for continuing to grow with us. We are grateful for the growth we have achieved, and we look forward to expanding and continuing to deliver excellent service next year.

Every person can make a difference. Together we make an impact.

November is always a time of reflection and gratitude.  So often, the year flies by and before you know it, it is the holiday season.  We are so grateful for the wonderful employees, clients and partners we have, and want to take this time to say “thank you”.  It’s your trust, loyalty and commitment to us that is the very reason we continue to be successful. 

Because we feel so fortunate, we also believe in giving back.  During this time, and throughout the year, Stratosphere Quality volunteers and donates to a wide variety of causes that help our community and our nation.  We’ve listed several organizations that we partner with, and are proud to educate others about such important work that impacts lives every day.

BROOKE’S PLACE | Brooke’s Place is an Indianapolis-based organization whose mission is to ensure that no person living with childhood grief ever feels alone. www.brookesplace.org

"Come to Me" FOOD PANTRY | The "Come to Me" Food Pantry opened its doors on October 17th, 2007, as an outreach ministry of Fishers United Methodist Church. Since then the Food Pantry has grown into a community-wide effort helping to feed thousands of individuals and families in Hamilton County. www.fishersumc.org/FoodPantry

PROCESS.

During this holiday season we often talk to co-workers, clients and friends about the seasons’ traditions and celebrations.

Whether it be frying a turkey for Thanksgiving or chopping down a holiday tree, traditions make otherwise stressful times seem more comfortable.  Traditions are important to be remembered, meant to be recognized for the good they offer, and tweaked based on ways to make them better.  

Traditions are not unlike the manufacturing industry and quality management. 
The industry has a breadth and depth of traditional processes that have carried over throughout the hundreds of years. To achieve a sustainable development, it must start to conduct organizational innovation. While building upon the core processes that have continued to be successful, the industry has adapted to the consumer demand for high quality, technology-driven solutions that also bring a manageable price tag.  In the highly competitive environment, the need to tighten processes in producing quality products often separates the very best from the average performers.

What tradition do you have that can be tweaked, improved or enhanced simply by adding innovation?
