Dear friends of Omega,

It may be chilly outside, but our dancing is keeping us warm! We're thrilled to have two events coming up, both of which use the body to reveal the sacred among us. We hope to see you soon!

With blessings,
Becky, Katie, Martha, and Margaret
Two upcoming events!
The I and the Self: A Dynamic Constellation Workshop
Dynamic Constellation Work is a facilitated process that can reveal hidden dynamics and bring resolution to internal issues within any relational system – personal, professional, or organizational. We invite you to join Apollonia Holzer as she uses movement to guide participants to explore the ‘I’ as an individual in the world and the ‘Self’ as the spiritual connection to everything in this next installment in Omega's "Movin' with the Spirit" workshop series.

To pre-register, contact Apollonia Holzer at: or (347) 859-3932. $40 registration fee. Cash or check at the door.
