"Beach body ready?" already?

As thoughts turn to summer holidays so the "beach body ready" articles appear.  
If getting "beach body ready" in the middle of Easter eggs isn't the best timing for you then why not learn how to harness the long term power of habits?  Or pick up some simple tricks that will fool you into feeling fuller?  And if you're craving chocolate after Lent there's even a recipe to make your own low-fat chocolate.
