7 Healthy Habits for the New Year

With the new year just beginning, now is a good time to begin new healthy habits. These 7 healthy habits will help you to improve the quality of your life.
  1. Exercise. Every little bit helps. You don't have to join a pricey gym to get good exercise. There are plenty of tools that can help you get great exercise right in your home, or even at the office. Use an exercise ball for stretching and core strengthening. Sit on the exercise ball at home or work to increase core strength.
