November 7, 2016, 9h30 to 16h30, Québec (QC) : Formation Évaluation systémique des aptitudes professionnelles (ESAP) (Réseau international sur le Processus de production du handicap)
 
La formation ESAP s'adresse à l'ensemble des organismes et des professionnels œuvrant dans les champs de l'intégration, de la réintégration et du maintien en emploi des personnes ayant des incapacités. L'ESAP est un outil d'aide à la décision contribuant à l'intégration, la réintégration et le maintien en emploi des personnes ayant des incapacités.
 
Objectif de la formation :
  • Acquérir une méthode pratique permettant d'évaluer :
  • Les exigences liées à l'occupation d'un emploi;
  • Les aptitudes professionnelles des personnes ayant des incapacités;
  • La perception qu'ont les personnes ayant des incapacités face à leurs possibilités d'occuper un emploi;
  • Développer ses capacités d'analyse au moyen de situations concrètes
 Contenus :
  • Introduction aux principales méthodes d'évaluation professionnelle des personnes ayant des incapacités utilisées dans les champs de l'intégration, la réintégration et le maintien en emploi;
  • Présentation du système d'évaluation ESAP;
  • Aperçu des applications d'ESAP;
  • Exercices pratiques basés sur des situations concrètes;
  • Introduction à l’utilisation de la version informatisée d'ESAP.
