Friday - Jazzercise at 9:15 - Mat-free Friday, Mats optional.

Saturday - Jazzercise at 8:00 - Bring your mat.

Class Descriptions

Jazzercise - Life’s too busy for boring workouts. A mix of musical genres provides the baseline for a dance-inspired workout. You'll burn  fat and calories, while building a strong core. A strength training and toning segment is included in every class to complete the workout. The best part - you'll have fun while you're doing it! This is Functional Fitness at its best.

FUSION - A circuit workout that fuses cardio pumping dance with muscle mania. The best of both worlds in a total body workout that flies by!

Strength60 - All muscle—all the time. A full hour of fat-burning, muscle-building and balance work. Burn baby, burn!
