You may have noticed it's been a few weeks since our last newsletter. That's because I've been heads down working on Smooch's annual State of Messaging report.

Good news is, the report is finally here. 🎉

I really wanted you to be the first to read it, which is why you're getting this email on a Tuesday instead of the usual Friday delight. 

State of Messaging 2019 is packed with data, infographics, quotes and insights from product and CX leaders, including execs at Google, ViberIntercom, Drift, Genesys, Clarabridge, HubSpot, Uber, Jetblack, SnapTravel and LVMH.
