Employer Statement Reports for FY 2014-15 Now Complete
Log into the secured portal LSERSWeb, go to reports and click on Employer Statement Report then choose fiscal year 2014-15. The employer statement for 2015-16 is an estimated statement.
“Previous Year Balance” is carried from last year ending balance
“Prior Year Correction” includes all PYC processed within this fiscal year
“Current Payments” includes all payments received within this fiscal year
“Current Charges” includes reported contributions on the monthly contributions report and any contribution correction reports (CCRs) processed for the fiscal year
“Current Interest” is calculated on balance due after 15th of every month

REMINDER: Employer Resources on LSERSWeb
Contributions Exception Report – Use this report to review all exceptions resulting from the posting of the monthly salary and contributions report. Employers should review the exception report monthly and take corrective actions to fix the problems.
Salary Contribution Report– Use this report to view all salary and contribution data reported for any given month.
Charges/Payments Contributions Report – Use this report to confirm each month’s charges including CCRs. Payments are posted by check deposit dates or receipt dates for direct deposit.
Member Status Report – Use this report to generate a listing of members based on various parameters. For example, you can pull a report listing all active members who have more than 30 years and are over age 60 or a report listing all of your retirees.
All of these reports are accessible through the secured portal of the website.
Upload Supporting Documents
Did you know most supporting documents can be uploaded through our secure LSERSWeb portal? In lieu of mailing, save time and money by uploading documents while you are completing an online enrollment. You can upload birth certificates, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, social security cards, and even the Forms 2R Election to Retain Membership and 2SS Statement Concerning Your Employment in a Job not Covered by Social Security.
