Green Bell Pepper (1 pepper in small & standard, 2 in family) Less sweet and slightly more bitter than yellow or orange peppers. Sauté with onions, garlic and oil. Barber Farms (OG)

Shallots A member of the allium family, shallots are milder than onions or garlic. When slowly cooked, shallots become sweet. Toss with oil and salt, then cook in a warm oven until they soften. Shallots also taste great raw, especially in salad dressings. Try whisking together minced shallots, lemon juice, salt & pepper and olive oil to top a hearty green salad. Barber Farm (OG)

Broccoli Raab Did you know that broccoli raab/rabe/rapini is more closely related to turnips than broccoli? It is NOT supposed to have big flower heads like broccoli. To prepare, trim the stems, toss with garlic & olive oil, add a splash of liquid, and sauté for a few minutes (you do not need to peel the stems). Toss with pasta & some good Parmesan cheese or with rice & soy sauce. Markristo Farm (CO)
Storage: 3-5 days in the fridge. 
Braised Broccoli Rabe:
Bring salted water to boil.
Add a bunch of broccoli rabe.
Boil 2 minutes.
Drain and squeeze moisture out of the broccoli rabe.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add chopped garlic (as much as little as you like).
Add broccoli rabe and cook for about 4 minutes. DONE.
