Why Bone Broth May Be Hurting You

Issue #52                                                                February 2015

Little by little, folks are questioning why their grandparents lived long, healthy lives while more recently people are afflicted with every ailment, "requiring" every pharmaceutical imaginable to "remedy" those ailments. And
people are just plain dissatisfied with how things are going. And while the average lifespan in America has increased over the last 100 years, the quality of that life is questionable with US healthcare spending being nearly double what eight other countries spend annually, mainly due to excessive use of pharmaceuticals and surgical procedures.

Alzheimer's, arthritis, autism, and the need for orthodontics along with a host of other "diseases" are relatively new phenomena. But what did Grandma and Grandpa eat that kept them healthier than people today? For one thing, they didn't eat a "white trash" diet-- you know: white flour, white sugar, white salt, etc. And for another thing, they used every part of an animal as food, including the bones and joints, which were used to make delicious and healing broths and soup stocks. But did you know that there is more than one kind of broth, and each type provides diverse benefits to the body? In fact, certain broths could actually be causing you harm, depending on your health condition!
Read Bone Broth or Meat Broth: Pick Your Medicine to discover which kind is right for you.

Do you think that you are healthy and properly "nutrified" because you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet?
I thought so too! I only eat good quality, whole foods that are organic and unprocessed, while avoiding added sugars and grains and focusing on adequate protein and vegetable intake. But I was absolutely SHOCKED at the results! And I am seeing with all of my clients that they too are deficient.

Did you know that there are at least 10 different diseases linked to each mineral deficiency? Get healthy and stay healthy healthy by correcting the mineral balance in your body!
