As you can see, I was deficient in EVERY mineral, except Zinc (which is because I use my husband's dandruff shampoo on occasion-- LOL!).
Because of my training, I know that although I may not have any glaring health issues right now, I am heading for disaster if I don't do something other than relying on food for nutrition.
What about the average American Joe & JoAnne who subsist in the SAD (Standard American Diet) that is even more nutrient-deficient than what I consume on a regular basis?
So, what's the problem with food? Isn't that what G-d intended for us to eat in the first place? Well, yes, but food is not the same as it once was when the earth was newly created.
Check out the chart below that shows the decline in soil mineral content and the correlation with the steady rise in disease. An average of 10 diseases are DIRECTLY linked to every mineral deficiency, with over 275 diseases linked to Calcium deficiency alone! I know right? It's mind-boggling!
