Although the property market is traditionally quieter during the winter months, we have noticed a brisk trade for the time of year with a good number of properties either Under Offer or Sold Subject to Contract by Flick & Son.  New analysis recently published by Rightmove backs up our own evidence with claims that demand nationally is at an all-time high.

Two intrepid members of the Flick & Son team are in training for this year's Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Melissa Crane and Rosa Ackland-Snow will be running 10k at Trinity Park, Ipswich on Sunday 25th June.

Mel said: "Having seen family and close friends fight cancer, some winning and some not being so lucky, Cancer Research UK is a charity very close to my heart.  I have previously done the 5k Race for Life but this year I decided I would push myself that little bit more and give myself a challenge for such a worthy charity."

Rosa added: "Cancer in its relentlessness, doesn’t pick or choose and it is the continued support from us all which can help fight the battle. I have lost those very dear to me, as have many others, but through the further organisation of these wonderful events and donations, we can look to make that special bit of difference which will crucially save lives."
