Beware of hidden charges

Flick & Son’s clear and transparent pricing policy for property management has helped lift us to number one for lettings in the area. 
Recent press stories have highlighted hidden service charges added by some letting agents for administering call-outs to contractors for repairs to property.  These charges can either be buried within the small print of an agreement or, in some cases, not mentioned at all which can result in fines imposed by the regulator.  We believe adding extra charges is totally unfair and gives responsible letting agents a bad name.
Flick & Son could not be clearer on our own policy.  We never add an additional charge to any contractor service provided.  You pay only for the work carried out.  Additionally, we agree a price level with you beyond which you will always be asked for approval before any work is carried out so there are no nasty surprises.
