November Meeting: From Difficult to Delighted

Join us and TekPartners on Tuesday, November 24, at 6:00 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) of the Microsoft Charlotte Office. Do you ever feel like your customers or team members are tough to work with? In this session we will talk about how to get them to hear your point of view; how to find out what they really want (hint: It's NOT what they are demanding); and how to get them to be your advocate instead of your enemy. You’ll leave the session with some new ideas and an action plan to connect with even the most challenging team members or clients. Please RSVP so we know how much food to order.
