We Should All Be Feminists is a 48 page book-length essay by the Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. First published in 2014 by Fourth Estate, it aims to give a definition of feminism for the 21st century. The essay was adapted from Adichie's 2012 TEDx talk of the same name, first delivered at TedX Euston, which has been viewed more than three million times. "We teach girls that they can have ambition, but not too much ... to be successful, but not too successful, or they'll threaten men", says author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Her talk started a worldwide conversation about feminism, in which Adichie asks "that we begin to dream about and plan for a different, fairer world -- of happier men and women who are truer to themselves."

What can we learn from this reading/discussion experience?
