For Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs) it is never too early to start thinking about preparing for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) – especially drafting and distributing the Annual Notification of Changes (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) materials.

Did you know that 35% of provider listings included in insurance directories contain errors? For Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, these errors may incur costly fines, as new regulations from CMS now allow the organization to fine insurers up to $25,000 per beneficiary for errors in MA plan directories.
