Our spring pick-up day is almost here!
Last chance to order is this coming Sunday, April 29th
There are a bunch of you that are getting one of these emails for the first time - thanks for signing up to receive emails when you were at our booth at Go Wild Grow Wild. Don't worry - they are usually more interesting than this one. This Winter and Spring I've been sending out information-rich emails about various nut crops.
In fact, we are almost sold out, or sold out, of a lot of plants already - so if you've been contemplating putting in an order, you should hurry and get it in now to avoid disappointment.
Or you could also stop by our Open House, which is the same day as our pick-up day, Saturday, May 5th, from 9am-3pm at The Living Centre, 5871 Bells Rd, London. We'll have a wide-variety of plants available for sale, though not our whole catalog. If you want access to the whole catalog, order online by this Sunday, April 29th.
If you've already put in an order, you'll receive a reminder email a couple of days after the 29th. At that point, I also ask people to give a rough idea of when they will come by to pick-up their order for our planning purposes.
If you have ordered Chestnuts, Hazelnuts, or Nut Pines, you will have already receive an email from me saying that there is a delay on these trees getting to us here in Ontario. If you ordered nut trees and didn't get that email - please reply to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I'll be in touch, but long story short, due to this spring's weather, the nut trees can't leave Wisconsin until the first couple of weeks of May, so will be arriving after our regular pick-up on May 5th.
So, have one last look at the store, and get your order in as soon as possible!
We have a fall pick-up day as well - so if you miss the spring one, and want to reserve stock for the fall, you can do that on the website. The fall is a great time to plant, but there won't be new stock beyond what's currently online until next spring.
And keep in touch if you have any questions.
Have a great planting season!

If you have questions or want to talk to me about your nut tree/forest garden/permaculture project for advice, send me an email at email@example.com. I’m not going to up-sell you or try to sell you trees if I don’t think your project is ready - usually the best way to start a project is with a lot of observation.
