We Need Your Help


The annual fun fair is the largest fundraiser for our school. In the past few years, we have taken in $15,000 to $17,000 on the day. We do have expenses so the total raised is around $12,000 to $14,000 that directly supports student learning.  

Last year, we did not have enough volunteers before and on the day of the fun fair. Without people power, the fun fair does not work. We, fortunately, have a core group of people who have volunteered to coordinate each of the core areas.

This year, in order to ensure that there are enough volunteers, we are asking that each grade take on the task of organizing volunteers for a different core area.

The following chart shows the number of parent volunteers needed from each grade. Please contact your class rep or Joanna to volunteer for your grades Core Area. We are at risk of not being able to open certain activities (inflatables etc) if the number of volunteers required is not met.
