Primo’s new accounting software system is rolling out in November, and it packs some excellent features for you to tap into.

Called Splynx [pronounced splinks] it will give you the ability to track your historic data usage, buy data packs with automatic top ups and access all your account information through the Primo Portal.

Logging into the Primo Portal
  • Your username stays the same, but you will no longer need to put at the end
  • Your password also stays the same but you will now be able to reset it yourself if you have forgotten it
  • You still access it from the MyPrimo Primo Portal from our website, the link will change so if you have it saved as a shortcut you will need to re-save it.
  The new log-in page will look like this:

Below is the new dashboard where you can see everything about your account, including the current balance and any messages for you.

The key things we think you’ll like are:
  • Being able to view your data-use history once this has built up from November on-wards.
  • The ability to buy data packs via the site. There will also be an auto top-up option.
  • Being able to view all invoices and pay current invoices online - including a fresh new look with clearer balances and payments
  • Credit card details can now be saved. (A new 2 per cent transaction fee is going to apply to credit card payments but there are no transaction fees if paying via Internet banking.)
  • If you use the Primo Phone (VoIP - voice over internet) phone, you’ll be able to view all your call records through this Portal and the calls will be listed on your invoice.
  • Ticketing system to request and manage your technical support enquiries.

Faster, bigger!!

The roll out of Splynx coincides with a couple of sweet enhancements to our plans.

For wireless capped plans, the free off-peak data period is being extended so it will be 11pm-8am (It has been midnight till 6am). This is the time for those major game or computer upgrades!  Alas it does not apply to the old 30GB plans.

As well, the Wireless PrimoMassive unlimited residential speed will increase up to 50 Mbps (was 20Mbps) and the fair use daily traffic shaping has been removed.  The fair usage policy regarding data use still applies.
