The annual Crayfish Party at the American-Swedish Historical Museum is approaching. A wonderful evening filled with Swedish food and traditional activities.
Don´t forget to register!
As the Swedish summer is at its peak, the music festivals are also bursting all over the country. People come together and listen to live performances while enjoying the weather and the environment. Some of the festivals in Sweden have thousands of visitors and it is very popular amongst the younger population to attend several festivals during the summer. There is certainly something special about music festivals and the atmosphere that arises when people see their favorite artists perform live.
Music festivals’ being popular in Sweden is actually not that surprising. Music is a big part of the Swedish society and something that the country is associated with thanks to ABBA, Avicii, Roxette, Robyn, and many more artists. It is fascinating how Sweden keeps on producing great music and how there always seems to be at least one Swedish act at the top.
We continue our International Happy Hour tradition and invite SACC-Philadelphia´s Young Professionals to Fado Irish Pub on August 1st between 5-7 PM.
A great opportunity to get to know other young professionals, make new friends and meet with future employers.
The International Happy Hour is held on the first Tuesday every month, no cost or RSVP is necessary.
