These days are filled with plans for what comes next! We're planning a season of live performances, performed live on our Mainstage, with in-person audiences. But this will, of course, look different. We're looking at shows with smaller casts, we're putting musicals on the back burner, and we're looking for shows that can do double duty scenically to work for our youth programming. We don't have those shows nailed down just yet - but you'll be the first to know!

DEI Update: Our Board and Staff are beginning a months-long journey with alexandria ravenel and david greenson with Collaborative Organizing. We are working together to understand and address the racial inequity - and other forms of inequity - embedded in our organization. Community is literally our middle name, and we are dedicating time and resources to live up to that.

Some of the immediate changes we are making as a result of our Equity Audits:
  • Reworking our hiring practices, starting with our summer camp positions, to include transparency in salary and open application process. We will also be reworking hiring practices for our artistic teams for our upcoming season.
  • Reworking our website to be ADA compliant.
With much, much more to come -
