Wishing you ease and comfort

I feel so fortunate to be able to talk with many of you, even if we're not able to see each other regularly. I'd like to know how I can help and what other offerings I can provide. I know many have expressed that they didn't think we'd be in this position for as long as we have and how frustrating that is. These feelings are valid. So I hope you'll find this latest newsletter edition full of tips to help you release what no longer serves you and stay the course.

Need help with sleep? Try these affirmations for better rest.
Are you familiar with Ayurvedic principles? The change of seasons is a great time to get acquainted.
Here's an interesting fall plan.

This is an amazing extended breathing exercise from Anthony Abbagnano, founder of The Alchemy of Breath.

1) Allow one hour for the practice.
2) Use blankets and pillows for warmth and support.
3) Give yourself at least 30 minutes afterward to "come back to the real world".
4) Use the post-practice downtime to draw or journal about your experience.

Also try these stretches after you take a quick walk, even if it's just around the yard. Ten minute breaks three times a day is all it takes!
