During her time in office, Shay collaborated to streamline and standardize processes that support HOPE's finances. Keena served as HOPE’s President. Thank you both for your contributions to these roles and for your service in HOPE.
HOPE’s Mission is to provide comfort and encouragement through animal-assisted support to individuals affected by crises and disasters.
We now need to apply our skills and expertise to support our own team members as we navigate these transitions. Your Board of Directors, alongside Regional Managers, are working intensely to address the needs of our organization, especially within the Mid-West Region immediately and going forward. We will communicate openly with each other and with our membership. We ask for your grace and patience as many of us are taking on new and additional responsibilities.
We have also asked our Mental Health Committee to be available to any member who may seek additional support. (Their contact info is below).
It is an honor to serve this wonderful organization and that we may continue the very positive and rewarding work we do in times of crisis. Thank you for your service.
Constance Howell
