Lessons Learned From a Year in Lockdown

I’m pleased to say I’m back on the road. My suit’s on, I’ve met people in offices, stayed in hotels and had some great, forward-looking conversations around how to create the people strategies and find the talent to win in the new world.

It was almost like normal, pre-Covid times, except we can’t just expect things to go back to the way they were before. If nothing else, the last 12 months have taught us all a great deal about leadership, resilience and so much more.

In the spirit of learning and reflection, we looked back over the last year for some key lessons we’ve learned along the way.
