The final event was hosted in the municipality of Holbaek in Denmark. The central theme of the event was to set the structure for the finale period of the project. The event was fruitful and a common understanding of how to go on with the final report and the project has a whole during the last periode of time was decided on.

Case studies
Case studies has been used throughout the PRIMES project to share knowledge - both between the partners within the project consortium, relevant authorities in the partner countries, and the public. The case studies have focused on CO2 savings, energy consumption, payback time and more. A broad spectrum of topics have been covered and much was learned from the processes.

Movie about the impact of PRIMES in Latvia
The Latvian Environmental Investment Fund prepared a movie on how the PRIMES project influenced different projects in Latvia. This movie offers a good example of how the project has been functioning to help authorities in the partner countries to do more green public procurements.


The movie is in Lartvian and subtitled in english. Watch the movie here:

Case study: Geothermic heating
The project focuses on renewing of the heating system in 2000 m2 protected historical build-ing.The surrounding 400.000 m2 land embedding the buildingisalsoprotected. The area con-sists of seven heated buildings currently used for basic accommodation, however the idea is to establish an exhibition area suited for workshops, joint arrangements, housing etc

Training materials
This GPP training package was prepared within the context of the PRIMES project co-funded by the European Commission Intelligent Energy Europe programme. The material has been used to train procurers, to increase implementation of energy efficient procurement in practices. All the training materials can also be found in all partner languages.
