Summer Camp 2016 - Trek

It's that time!  Registration for summer camp is NOW OPEN! The website has been updated with 2016 dates, rates, and information about what's new for summer 2016. We've been listening and have added more of what you are asking for including more Drenched weeks and an additional Jr. High Expedition week.  We are also re-vamping programs including adding a slackline course for Elementary Altitude and adding a special lake with activities just for our Drenched campers.  More information and photos will be coming soon.

The biggest change for next summer you will immediately notice is the registration process.  We have worked this fall to overhaul our online registration system to (hopefully) make the process easier for you.  It is now more simple to register multiple campers, you have more payment options (if you register early), and all forms* are now online!  That's right.  Your camper's health form and activity preferences are now a part of registration.  This does mean that the time it takes to register your camper will increase, and you will need to have immunization & insurance information at the time of registration.  But it also means that once your camper's registration is submitted, you're done!  There are no additional forms to fill out for the majority of our campers. (*The only exception to this is the whitewater rafting release form for Expedition and Adventure campers.)

We are pumped about everything God has in store for the summer!  Don't miss it.

Camps on Wait Lists:
  • June 26 – July 1 Jr. High Adventure: Ultimate (boys)

Asbury Hills Hits the Road

We've spent the fall planning and training, and now we want to share our message with you!  There is a lot to be excited about.  We have made staffing adjustments to best serve both our summer campers and retreat guests.  Asbury Hills is intentionally planning for Summer Camp 2016 - Trek to be the best summer yet.  Camps are filling quickly with registrations, so we are also anticipating this summer to be our biggest.  We are blessed to have the opportunity to serve retreat guests most weekends with new groups reserving space each week.  Annual events like our Hands and Feet Youth Service Weekend, Open House, Camps & Retreat Ministries Golf Tournament, and Fall Festival are all turning into can't-miss opportunities to connect and have fun.  We want to get the word out.  Will you help us?  Here's how you can:

1. Asbury Hills Will Come to You!
The best way for us to share our excitement about everything we have going on is in person.  Invite us to your church, your meetings, or to gather with your group of friends.  This is a great opportunity to get to know us, ask questions, give feedback, and learn something new.  We can offer everything from leading games with students and presentations with video to informal Q&A sessions.  We want to meet your group needs, so just let us know.

2. Request More Information
The next best thing to having us in person is sharing materials.  We have Asbury Hills posters, inserts for church bulletins, postcards, summer camp brochures, retreat brochures, and flyers.  We will be happy to mail whatever you need to you.  Don't see what you are looking for?  Just ask!  Chances are we can make it happen.

Contact Sarah Kelley to learn more about an Asbury Hills visit or to request information.  And finally you can...

3. Follow Us on Social Media
We have so much going on, we cannot fit it into our monthly newsletters.  We also don't want to fill up your inbox with all the areas of our ministry that you may or may not be interested in.  But we do try to share everything we are up to on social.  So follow, like, and subscribe to the links on the bottom.  Like something we post?  Share your enthusiasm for Asbury Hills, and share it on your pages.
