WISEWOMAN Community Connections

Quality Insights is pleased to release the WISEWOMAN educational module, WISEWOMAN Community Connections: Connecting Patients to Evidence-Based Programs Beyond the Clinic. The module is designed to help providers extend their education and health promotion for patients in the WISEWOMAN population by referring to evidence-based community programs. This newsletter will summarize the module and provide resources for further learning.
