This Valentine's Day...
Show You Care in a Way That REALLY Matters!
Because so may people have requested Estate Planning tips and information, I've started a quarterly email newsletter to address some of the most frequently asked questions people have. Should YOU have questions or topics you would like to see addressed, please let me know!
As we approach Valentine’s Day we tend to think about those we love. As you, or those around you, make special plans this year, remember that sometimes it is the less glamorous gesture that lets someone know how much you REALLY care.
Don’t get me wrong, keep the chocolate and flowers as part of your Valentine's plan! In addition, however, you may want to ask yourself… Would this be a good time to time to review, or create an Estate Plan?
A Demonstration of True Love
It’s a heart-felt demonstration to a spouse, an adult child, significant loved one, or family member, of just how much you care about their well-being. More than just providing for them, a clear estate plan and advanced medical directive makes their life much easier, should the unthinkable occur.
Valentine’s Day can also provide a wonderful opportunity for a discussion about some of the tougher issues with aging parents. And talks about health care decisions can be a good lead-in for some of the heavier financial topics.
Two Free Ways to Learn What you Need to Know
At Brown Law Offices we excel at education and information.
- This can be one-on one, during a Free 30 Minute Consultation for you, a friend or family member.
- Or, if you are part of a community group or networking association, you may want to have your questions answered as part of a larger forum. Part of my mission is to educate the public. I encourage you to consider that I am available to speak on a variety of topics related to estate planning including, trusts, wills, titling of real property, and health care decisions.
Any group or organization to which you belong can be venue for imparting important details about these topics. No matter the focus of your organization, plenty of questions arise when discussing the benefits of proper estate planning. I am happy to answer them during a seminar tailored to your group.
At Brown Law Offices we offer reasonable flat rates for estate planning services. If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, please feel free to call or email me directly.
