With the current outbreak and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) it is understandably becoming an increasing cause for concern for many customers booked on future trips.  Our intention is to be as upfront and honest as we can be during this time of uncertainty.
As you will appreciate, we have many forthcoming trips to oversee so are working through the trips in chronological order. We would respectfully ask you to only call us if your enquiry is URGENT so that we can give our full attention to trips that are departing imminently.
We are doing our very best in very challenging circumstances, with constant changes to guidelines and access to certain countries so please bear with us.
For any days trips or holidays where you have travelling later in the summer, I am hopeful that these tours will operate as arranged.  We will of course have to see how things progress in the coming weeks.  If travel bans still apply to certain countries, we would seek to re-schedule the trip for another date.  
We are constantly monitoring the situation and will take the advice directly from the Foreign Office.  If we believe there is a change in travel advice that affects one of your trips or holidays, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
