We brought back EI Advisory, the B2B media intelligence firm, to help us better understand how to manage our relationships with vendors and new virtual platforms, and best ways to boost our brand and thought-leadership, networking and lead generation, and audience engagement, all the while demonstrating that there really is a strong ROI in the virtual event space.
This isn't the end of the conversation, however. We have a long way to go to know how well we, and industry associations performed in this new environment. CFG will continue to monitor your progress, identify best practices and share research studying the effectiveness and profitability standards that will define the virtual event space.
