First and foremost, we hope that you, your family and your team are well and safely coping with this unique situation. Did you ever imagine a scenario like this? We certainly didn’t. 

We know that you are busy implementing your corporate business continuity plans, but we also know that you must continue to focus on the good work that you and your marketing teams have been doing.  We’d like to help you broaden your perspective. After all, that's the real value in CFG! Wouldn't it be nice to know what your peers are doing? Perhaps there's something you hadn't considered or something that sparks some new thinking.

  • Our business continuity plans are in full force and working as planned, including a substantial work from home force.
  • We are operating at normal business capacity, day-to-day client support and operations have not changed, and we are able to fully support the current market volume.
  • We're being advised to keep communications as general as possible, but clients want specifics!
  • Marketing teams are customizing messaging for their clients and providing decks (updated every couple of days) to their banking teams for direct, virtual client communication.
  • Bankers are encouraged to be in touch with clients often to assure them that their relationships are secure.
  • Corporate financial execs are busy managing their own company affairs and trust that their banking relationships are in tact and transactions flowing as usual.
  • Marketing is shifting priorities to focus on assuring clients that their business is protected and will operate as close to business as usual as possible.
  • We're tearing apart our campaign and other content to ensure that it reflects current conditions.
  • Trade shows plans are changing as industries make decisions.
  • Client event strategies are being adjusted to accommodate more virtual interaction.
  • From a research perspective, we have rescheduled large studies planned for this month and have shifted our attention to supporting the company’s tracking of client inquiries by pulling all incoming inquiries into our text analysis tool and providing updates on key/frequent topics.
