Biggest changes observed in people behaviors in 2020
People caring about people, not only their families and friends, but about people across the globe.  Intensified client relationships, we discovered that a 30-minute video meeting...a comradery developed as we learned a new form of communication.

2021 marketing
Improving our client marketing technology, our operating platforms and greater use of data analytics to direct our activities. It’s also about listening better to our partners to understand what their clients are telling us their challenges are for 2021.

Leadership success
Listening/Hearing. As a marketeer, salesperson, an athlete, and family man, without question it’s the art of listening and hearing what the other person is saying that helps make you successful.

Career advice
Invest in networking and getting to know others outside your immediate team.
