1. Waxing
We all like to be hair free for our holidays and this isn't always something we can necessarily look forward to! But, book it in and get it done and you will be thrilled that you did!
You can eliminate all hair and the need for any 'maintenance' whilst on holiday with one quick 'ouch!'. Whether bikini line, legs, underarms or back hair get rid of it before you jet off! We would advise to book in for any waxing at least a week prior to your holiday to enable any sensitivity or redness to settle down in time. 
2. The Body
Everybody loves a 'pre-holiday-tan' so they are not the only white one on the beach! You can do this with a spray or application tan.
For a spray tan we recommend having this the day before you leave for your holiday, with the results lasting around 3-5 days. For an application tan you would look to get this done 2 days prior to your holiday with results lasting on average 5-7 days. 

3. The Feet
You are about to hit the beach and you need to make sure your feet and toes are looking beautiful and preened!
You can opt for a Deluxe Pedicure to soothe away any aches and pains as well as softening any hard skin. A Shellac Pedicure will also ensure a long lasting endurance finish without any chips! 
We would 
recommend booking for any foot treatments within the week prior to your holiday. 

4. The Hands
To match the feet we must always ensure we have beautiful looking hands and nails!
There are different options you can choose from including a Shellac Manicure which will last the entire duration of your holiday without any chips! All hand treatments include a nourishing hand massage to leave you with silky smooth skin! (excluding just file and varnish)

Pilates with Nikki at The Belmore Centre

Pilates can be enjoyed by everyone whether a complete beginner or an experienced expert! Pilates can help you tone up, give you better posture and ease aches and pains using a group of movements to suite all levels of fitness and ability.
