Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.  Philippians 4:8

Next Week Reminders

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday.
  • School will be closed on Tuesday for a Teacher Professional Development Day.

House Shirts Order

Students have the option of ordering a House shirt which will have the student’s house, constellation, and virtue printed on them.  The students will be personalizing the backs of their shirts.  The idea is to purchase larger sizes for students to grow into, thereby getting multiple years from the same shirt.  If you prefer to purchase a smaller shirt for your child by special request, please contact Mrs. Tallarico  The t-shirts will cost $8.00 and should be paid through FACTS under "House Activities."  Please submit your payment by Friday, November 1.  Special requests need to be made prior to Wednesday, October 30.

Bring A Friend to Dinner

“Bring a Friend to Dinner” is a wonderful opportunity for potential new families to meet with Mr. Frye and teachers to learn more about our school and Classical education.  The first dinner of the school year will be held on Thursday, November 7th at 6:00 p.m. in our school library. There is no cost, and parents making the recommendation are also invited to attend. Childcare will be available, if needed.  Please RSVP by calling the Main Office at 724-539-1561.
Remember, referring families to CDT can result in a tuition credit for you.  We offer a $500 tuition credit for each student ($250 for Pre-K) you refer that enrolls.  Full details about the referral program are available in the office.

Movie Night

Drop off your kids and enjoy an evening out on Friday, November 15th, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.  We will be showing Toy Story 4 and serving popcorn and beverages.  An RSVP with the number of attendees is required by Friday, November 8th. The cost is $1 per child, payable at the door.  Email Mrs. Bogner to RSVP.

Bingo Night Incentive

We are still in need of dessert donations and volunteers to help make our bingo night a successful fundraiser.
As an incentive to get involved, each person who donates a dessert or volunteers for the event will have their name entered into a drawing to win ten front row seats for the Christmas program!

If you'd like to get involved, please contact Mrs.
Elyse Bogner.
