Bulk Admin Personnel Change Process Updated, New MTA Form, and FOAC forms
Good morning! The eResearch Proposal Management (eRPM) system was updated yesterday on February 22, 2016! Here are some additional details about the updates. For all eResearch updates visit the What's New page.
Bulk Admin Personnel Change Process
With thanks to the Research Administration Advisory Council (RAAC) Process Subcommittee for its findings and recommendations, unit administrators can now change admin/personnel on groups of 20 or more Proposal Approval Forms (PAFs) and Unfunded Agreements (UFAs) using the Request Admin Personnel Change automated form. This will be available on the eRPM workspace.
Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) Form updated
When selecting a Repository (such as Addgene), eResearch no longer requires that you upload a draft agreement document.
Project/Grant Coordinator added to PAF Workspace
So that you can easily identify your Finance - Sponsored Programs contact for your PAF, the Project/Grant Coordinator will now display on the PAF workspace, beginning in state Unit Review and after.
