Research Funding Opportunity

University of Michigan faculty are invited to apply for research grants for projects that develop key mobility concepts and technologies. 

Submission Deadline: Proposals are due January 31, 2015, and should follow the prescribed structure found in the Request for Proposals document and should include the Proposal Cover Sheet provided.
Award Amount: Up to $200,000 over one year.
Research Areas: A wide array of research topics will be considered, including but not limited to: Automation, business models, congestion management and reduction, connectivity, cybersecurity, data analytics, energy, human factors, infrastructure design and urban planning, insurance implications, ITS interoperability, legal issues, mobility/congestion, public policy, regulatory issues, safety, standards, and social implications.
