Court reservation at the club is about to start

We switch back from the online booking system to a system at the club. So you don't need to reserve a court in advance, you just go to the club and claim your court. 
  • Collect membership card: from July 26 to August 8
  • Start court reservation on the club: from August 9
PICK UP MEMBERSHIP CARD (please bring your passport photograph!)

We have the membership card ready at the club. In order to be able to use them, they must be provided with a passport photo. You can pick up your card at the following times, Laurens will be there and will fasten your passport photograph on the pass itself:

  • July 26 to 28 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • July 29 and 30 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • July 31 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

  • 1 Aug | 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

  • 2 to 4 Aug | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Aug 5 and 6 | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • 7 and 8 Aug | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • 7 en 8 aug | 10:00 - 12:00 uur

Here you see the reservation table with the court numbers. Daily maintenance, lessons/trainings and other activities will be listed on the left side of the track numbers.

To make a court reservation is easy: you put your card in the slot and make a reservation for the court in question for 45 minutes in singles, and 60 minutes in doubles. You set the start time on the clock next to your court number and you can go to the court. You can make a court reservation at any time, so for example a 19:05 start time is possible.

When all courts are already booked, you can put our card in the slot among the other passes. Depending on if you are going to play singles or doubles, you turn the clock forward 45 minutes or 60 minutes respectively and then it is your turn at that time. Clay - and allweather courts can be reserved apart from each other, for example;

If all clay courts are fully booked, but there is an all-weather court available, you can still make a reservation on a clay court on the ending time of the current reservation.
Getting used to the method of making reservations at the club itself

We understand that it takes some time to get used to this method of making reservations; however this was always the common method of making court reservations, untill Covid19 struck. We are convinced that this original method has benefits for everyone, such as; being able to play tennis more often, more fun at the club, no more no-shows, being able to play tennis last minute. We will monitor this method the coming weeks and, if necessary, will make adjustments.

Huisregels 

- Hang a tennis court before you play
- Member cards are only valid with passport photo
- Wear official tennis shoes (for example, no running shoes)
- Do not play wet clay courts
- In case of bad weather, keep an eye on the website for a court update
- Wipe the clay courts completely and all around
- Don't wipe wet courts
- Fair play and respect on and off the track
- Leave the park tidy
- Remove gravel and sand from shoes before entering the cafeteria
- Store your bike in the bike racks
- Bring your coziest you!
