Dear members and friends,
I am pleased to share with you information on the Chamber's activities targeted at our members and supporters to help you reach out for new business connections, and stay in touch with your business counterparts. More over, in cooperation with our partners, we have prepared several events for business professionals to improve soft skills, share best practices and inspiring ideas that will be addressed by top entrepreneurs from across the World - the events you can now register for.
On top of that, let me introduce you our new Chamber coordinator, Ms Alena Pálinská who joined our team lately, and will coordinate all the activities related to your membership.
Alena completed her studies in international relations and European studies at the Central European University in Budapest with a focus on international economic relations, investment and trade in the Central European region. She has gained work experience in communication, account and event management in Slovakia as well as abroad.
Prior to joining the British Chamber of Commerce, Alena worked as a coordinator of the Network of Independent Fiscal Institutions operating in the EU (EUIFIs), she was responsible for ensuring effective communication with and between members as well as for external communication and event management. She also worked for the Slovak Business Agency, national agency for development of small and medium sized enterprises.
We all wish her success in her new role with the British Chamber of Commerce.
