Started a bit rusty after a week off but settled well with the game running out as comfortable 12 goal was also the 1st game where we had all 8 committed players, we were able to leave the defensive end with no changes and they played great. We did make a few changes through the goaling end giving Cat and Kel some practise in case they are needed through the season. Great game by all. Best Casey, Steph & Kel

After the week off we were hope to bounce back after a disappointing loss. Up against South Croydon in a must win game to stay in-touch with the top 4 the girls came our firing with an 8 goal to 1 opening quarter. With no changes made at the first break and hoping to continue on with the great start, the 2nd term was a much more even quarter extending our lead by 1. With fresh legs onto the court for the second half, the girls extends our lead with a 7 goal to 2 quarter  going into the final term leading by 13. Setting ourselves a goal of keeping them to less than 10 goal for the game the girls followed up a great defensive game finishing with a 28-9 victory. This win keeps us just 1 win out of the top 4 halfway through the season. A great team performance across the court with stand out games from our defensive duo Naomi and Elly and finished off by Prue Netty 21 goals
